Beta Cygni -- Sadr
A small, hot, white star, Sadr is located approximately the same distance from Deneb as the Swanswing Nebula. It is a small system, with four planets and a single gas giant. The system is not particularly noteworthy except for the fact that the third planet can be habitable with some mild terraforming. Other than that, the system is not blessed with vast resources, but does seem to have adequade quantities to allow a small colony to be self-sufficent. Sadr has not yet been designated as a colonial district.
BETA CYGNI III -- SETEBOS
Currently this world is warm, humid, and heavy with carbon dioxide, experiencing something of a greenhouse effect. A preliminary study by CSA Terraforming has determined that it would take little effort to render this world habitable. Although for now the idea of terraforming a world is rather distant, at some time in the future populations on Danoc and Deneb V will reach levels high enough where they become threats to the indiginous ecology, and plans are -- slowly -- being studied for the terraforming of Setebos. In the meantime, a small orbital station with a crew of seven personnel from CSA Terraforming and the Scout Corps conducts studies of the planet below.
